Watch app haptic issue

Is anyone else having a issue getting notifications on their watch? All was working well, then today I stopped getting notifications. I did not change anything, and when I went into the watch app I noticed that haptic alerts was off. I turned it back on and 6 seconds later it turned off, I also could not move my volume slider. My watch is not on mute or airplane mode. Any help would be appreciated.
