Iphone 12 Pro Maz

My phone was updated during the night and since that has happened everything has frozen. I have watched the video on how to restart it but no buttons will work and I cannot slide it upwards It doesn't recognise my identity or password I have rang my mobile from another phone and I cannot press the button to accept the call. It has also rang the emergency services twice today and I was not able to cancel the call. Please advise me

If that does not help your phone might need service:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
