Mouse Highlight Overlay

Every time I turn on my laptop, after a few minutes of use, I would see an empty box (Mouse Highlight Overlay) in the Mission Control (see image) and I'm not sure how to get rid of it. It's really annoying and I've tried searching online how to get rid of it, but I have not found a solution. If anyone knows how to get rid of it, I will appreciate you letting me know.

Thank you in advance!!

Hello hala46,

We understand that you're experiencing an issue in Mission Control on your Mac, and we'd like to point you in the right direction for a resolution! To get started we recommend selecting the Mouse Highlight Overlay section. Once you do, the active app should show on the bar above. You can also isolate where this behavior is coming from by individually quitting apps. Test Mission Control after quitting each app, here's how: Quit apps on Mac

Take care.
