Breathing app notifications Once I changed the frequency of how often the Health Breathing app notifies me I no longer get the blue breathing app reminder on my Apple watch. Breathe - when and why Apple Watch asks you to Hello! I've noticed that Apple Watch suggests having mindfulness sessions at different times of the day. I was wondering how it is decided to send the notification. Heartbeat? Time since last session? both things? Thanks in advance!
