Nissan Leaf - CarPlay lag when car speed increases

Hi,

I have a 2018 Nissan Leaf (ex Japan but in New Zealand). When using Apple CarPlay the car stereo freezes as the car speed increases. The freezing appears to only freeze the screen as music streaming continues, maps provide audio directions but the maps do not move on the screen. I've got the latest version of Nissan Connect Firmware (tried both Japanese and English Conversion) and have latest version of IOS.

I've wiped the phone and tested without any other apps (just whatever iPhone comes with) and get same result. The lagging comes with or without streaming audio and there is a stable 4g connection the entire journey.

I've removed my car from Carplay on the phone, reset phone, reset car stereo, replaced Nissan stereo at dealer.

Anyone else experienced something similar?
