A1 payment code on iphone

Hi,

i got the code (1828) to confirm payment as method of paying in App store on my iphone.

My question is how to and where to enter code i get to confirmation of paying info.

Provider is A1 for Apple music and app is Spotify.

Payment method IM having trouble downloading apps that costs money. The problem is that i cant confirm my method of payment, when IM trying to confirm it, when its supposed to send me a message with a code of confirmation to charge me trough my Phone Bill, it does’nt
