Can’t use MS hosted Exchange IOS 14.4.2

I’ve been using hosted exchange on my iPhone 6s and after this update does not work anymore. Got myself a new phone iPhone SE and it does not work either, unaboe to create an account. Think I just lost 500€. Is there any solution?

Microsoft Exchange Account stopped working The email account on my iPhone, which is a Microsoft Exchange account, suddenly stopped working this morning. Enter a different account or get a new one. Steps to reproduce: Settings>Mail>Accounts>Add Account>Outlook.com The Microsoft Sign in page appears and I enter my Outlook email address. The following message appears in red text: "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one". Also: I am able to sign into the account on my Mac. The Outlook calendar and mail work fine. My iPhone and Mac are logged into the same iCloud account and my iCloud email and Google account are synched with no problems. The Outlook account neither syncs with nor is able to be added to the iPhone. Any thoughts?
