Square marks on the screen
Hi everyone. I have a problem with my MacBook pro 16"(2019). There are white square- shaped spots on the screen. These frames dissappear after the computer is turned on.

These are marks that you get on the screen from the keyboard pressing up against the screen when the computer is closed. Take a soft cloth and get it damp and wipe them off the screen. You'll see that they wipe off and go away. Then when you close the computer, you'll see that they most likely come back. Maybe not right away, but they will return because the screen is coming in contact with the keyboard keys when the computer is closed.

There’s not much clearance between the keys and the screen, and Macs that get (too) compressed perpendicular to the keyboard when closed can show this. There might not or won’t be any damage to the lid.
Apple mentions something similar in their comments about clearances and (not using) keyboard protectors: Do not use palm rest or keycap covers on a Mac notebook with a Retina display - Apple Support
I’ve seen some carrying cases and bags that are too tight, and sometimes carrying bags get squashed and rubbed when packed, and it wouldn’t surprise me to see this happen when the MacBook or MacBook Pro is carried by squeezing it (too) firmly.
Another possibly is a cleaner that’s been used with the keyboard that’s somehow incompatible with the display or its coating. Apple has specific recommendations here: How to clean your Apple products - Apple Support
Your choices are to either live with the display artifact, get the display replaced, or replace the Mac.
[There’s also an Apple patent for retractable keyboard keys, interestingly enough. US patent 10,957,501]

Looks like dirty keys have left a ghost imprint onto the screen..
Wash your hands, wipe the keyboard, clean the screen.

easy to wipe the keys after the Mac is turned on—simply lock the screen: Control Command Q
in this way no harm in registering random key input.
If the square marks physically line up with the keyboard keys, that look to be grunge transferred over onto the display from the keyboard or wear from the display being pressed against and contacting with the keyboard when closed. The reported red streaks seem more like a graphics hardware problem, though. Time to discuss this directly with the folks at Apple. Use the Get Support link in the upper right, and start a service request.
I think the problem (first the squares and then the red stitching on the screen) is with the keyboard. The keyboard is putting pressure on the screen. But the service officials blame me and they ask me for a repair fee for the computer I bought 7 months ago. By problem, I complained to apple (Apple Turkey) , but they also say "we trust the service" . I regret buying a Macbook and I don't know what to do.
I think the keyboard is pressing on the screen. I gave the computer to apple service (Apple Turkey), but they say it is broken due to user error. I used the computer very carefully and there is no scratch or impact. I did not do any physical damage either. However, the service does not change the screen under warranty. They say, "You've put pressure on the screen, so it needs to be changed." What should I do? Thanks for your answer.
No, the problem is not with cleaning. I regularly clean my computer. After these marks, a vertical red stripe appeared on the screen.
