I did everything was told by Apple, but could not use Universal Clipboard. Why?

I did:

Here's how to turn on Handoff on your devices:

  • On your Mac: Choose Apple () menu > System Preferences, then click General. Select “Allow Handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices.”
  • On your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch: Go to Settings > General > Handoff, then turn on Handoff.

But I could not set it up.

Why?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1

Hello farshidmzadeh! Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities.

We understand that Universal Clipboard isn't working, even though you have Handoff turned on for your devices. We'd like to look into this with you to see how we can help.

If each of your devices have Handoff enabled, you'll also want to make sure that they're connected to the same Wi-Fi network. You can check this by going to Settings > Wi-Fi.

If they're on a different Wi-Fi network, try switching them to the same one to see if that helps. Also, if Airplane Mode or Low Power Mode is enabled, disable these features and try again.

Make it a great day!
