Apple Store For Iran

Im from iran and i know that 30 percent of iranians use iPhone,and its selling in iran too,but why apple doesn't opening an official apple store in tehran?

This is a user to user forum and Apple is not here. Only Apple would know why they don’t do business in Iran.
