No idea where this popup came from and how to make it stop popping up every few minutes. Can someone please help? It's the first time I see such popup and pretty suspicious about it. Thanks in advance.

Can you open Activity Monitor >> View >> View All Process and identify by name this Autoupdate Application or Process. It may give us and you a clue where is originates from
