Can I set separate goals for activities on an Apple watch, such as a walking goal and a yoga goal?

Yes in the workout app;

  1. Open the Workout app  on your Apple Watch.
  2. Turn the Digital Crown to the workout you want to do.
  3. Tap Add Workout at the bottom of the screen for sessions like Tai Chi or kickboxing.
  4. To set a goal, tap .
  5. Choose a calorie, time, distance, or open goal (meaning that you’ve set no particular goal but still want your Apple Watch to track your workout).
  6. Turn the Digital Crown or tap + / – to set.
  7. When you’re ready to go, tap Start.
