Keyboard started to act funny, then my laptop doesn't seem to recognize any power input

My MacBook Pro early on knew it had some weird issues with the keyboard, and later discovered that its under the Recall Program Keyboard Replacement; however - prior before I could go in and make an appointment, I noticed certain keys we're getting stuck, and had issues typing - I put it to sleep and decided to wait and take it in to get the keyboard replaced. The next day I needed to login to get some information and I noticed the 'needs to be charged' screen display so I plugged it in and noticed nothing happening, no charging - I did the obvious, checked if it was correctly plugged in, tried all 4 usb-c ports, even tested my charger and tried a new charger, no luck. The weird thing I noticed before it died for good was that the mouse track was no longer clicking and the Touch Bar seemed it be off? A week prior to this I checked the battery status and it was all in good shape, just the keyboard. I tried using just about every method of trying to boot up the laptop, such as holding down shift, cmd, esc, etc.. etc... nothing. I get nothing from the original charger which works on my other MBP, and made sure no keys were being pressed/stuck from preventing any type of boot up - I find it somewhat strange that the keyboard was acting up really bad prior to this and now I have this issue? I have 4 MBP's and 2 MB Air's - all still in good condition, battery from my 2015 model is working fine after almost 6 years.. so this is really bizarre for me. I want to take it in but then I have the issue of turning off my 'iFind' - which I was told I could remotely reset it (which I did) but how am I suppose to make sure? I keep getting different information from Apple and Apple affiliates where one said during the Keyboard Replacement Program, they also replace the battery, if that's true, would I still need to pay for a new battery? At this point, I just want it fixed, I spent $1500+ on it, and hardly got to use it. I figured even with a dead battery, there should be some sort of 'life' coming from the computer while its plugged in, but none whatsoever, would that be true if the battery went 100% dead ? I tried doing much research and haven't found anything - so I went ahead and made another appointment for the keyboard replacement program + hardware check, and hope they will look at it - I don't mind having the hard drive wiped or what be is to turn off 'iFind' which I keep getting told they cannot look at it without me turning it off, but I literally can't lol... any ideas, or things I could trial and error before taking it next week would be wonderful.



Thanks so much and sorry for the novel, you can tell this has been a bother for me a long time - I even bought a MacBook Air 2020 in the meantime lol.
