Getting a refund is not instantaneous to performing a request for it. Note that I can take up to 30 days to get the refund. So, just wait it out.

Call Apple Support:

Seeing the word “illegal” brings upon suspicion.

So, contact Apple Support. Inform the Apple Rep of what is going on here. They’ll see this from their side of the call and will run you through the fix.

• Proceed from there as necessary
