I’ve tried to install the drivers with the "Setup.exe" file many times but nothing’s working, I don’t have access to the Internet, the keyboard and the trackpad does not reply either. What should I do ?

Under Other Devices, right-click on Network Controller and post the PID/VID of the device.
What is exactly PID/VID ? Is it something in Properties ?
Click on Details tab, and look for the PID/VID. PID = Product ID, VID = Vendor ID.
