iPhone 11 has no sound

iPhone 11 has no sound

The phone no longer rings nor am I hearing keyboard clicks, text alerts, or notifications. These things are all in the on position in settings. I have tried a hard reset although I don’t know if I have done it correctly. Please help.

Have you checked the mute switch along the edge, near the external volume controls?
