I have recently bought another HomePod 2018. So moved my HomePod from my kitchen to my living room. To make a stereo pair. That’s linked to my Apple TV 4K. I’m home app it says living room. There is no kitchen listed, but when I go to airplay menu it still says HomePod is in kitchen. Can I change this ?

See Change HomePod settings - Apple Support and the section Assign HomePod to a different room. You might need to split the stereo pair, make sure that both devices are assigned to the Living Room, then pair them again.
