Apple Mail suddenly flagging email as junk

Apple mail (mac os) is suddenly flagging email as junk. I have junk mail filtering turned off.


Mail is filtering email from an exchange account.


Any thoughts on how to correct this?

I checked all extensions and they're all up to date.


Disable these third party plug-ins to test...
