Shutting down mac mini everyday

Is it okay to shutdown your mac mini everyday.

actually i have a mac mini m1 and here in our region power outages are common so I can’t keep my mac mini in sleep mode all the time otherwise it will be powered off in sleep mode and will harm mac mini.

so if i shutdown my mac every time if i am done with my work, is this behaviour normal with mac as it is with windows personal computers.

i know i can get the solution by powering mac mini with a ups but for some reason I can’t do that.
