My emails not being received

Two friends that always received my emails are now not receiving from my ipad, my iphone nor my husbands ipad. However, they receive them if sent from my PC?

They have checked junk/spam folders. I have re entered their contact information after deleting and restarting my ipad. Just don’t know what is going on?

I am not getting an email from a specific sender but yet getting numerous other emails. It is not showing up in my junk. How can I fix this. The emails are from my daughters college so they are important and not spam I am not receiving emails from one sender but receive (at least I think ) many other emails per day to my iCloud email (me.com). They are from my daughters college and they are important.
