My iPhone 12 got stuck on a gray screen while calling on facetime

Hey everyone! So I was FaceTiming my friend on my 12 when it started acting up. I turned off FaceTime and got stuck on a gray screen. None of my apps or buttons are working. I’ve been trying to do some research on it but nothing helps. Anyone having the same problem?

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

* Press and quickly release Volume UP button

* Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button

* Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
