Migration Assistant

Migration Assistant keeps quitting (x4) in the middle of my attempts to transfer content from 2012 MacBook Pro to 2021 MacBook Air. Can anyone help me.

Migration Assistant During transfer from old Mac to new MacBook using Migration Assistant it seems that file transfer is stuck on same number of filed transferred without seen progress for an hour, is it normal?

Have you used Disk Utility repair disk on the drive that is the source of the files?
