FWIW, you cannot add or delete cities, only change which of four cities you wish to display.
I can't change the cities in the WC? I don't even know where Cupertino is! I work for an international corporation with cities scattered in different time zones and I can't edit this tool?
This is crippling, Apple.
Am I missing something or can we fix this?

Unfortunately, that didn't help. I'm on a MacBook Pro running Big Sur. For now I'll add the cities I need to my iPhone as a workaround. Thanks for your help. Hopefully there is/will be a way to add to the laptop as I don't usually carry the phone if I have the computer.
