Either one of the feet are missing or the battery is swelling causing the case to bulge. If the battery is swelling, then you need to disconnect the charger and power off the laptop immediately to help slow down and stop the swelling. Then take the laptop to an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined so they can provide you with a repair estimate. Sometimes Apple has some free repair programs (some public and some secret) to address battery issues.
