On my mom’s iPhone 11, when calling her she can’t hear me and I can’t hear her. When she makes the call everything works fine it’s only when she is getting a call.
It happens when she is getting calls from iPhone users, android users and also land lines. Doesn’t happen every time but 75% of the calls she gets this happens.
Do you have any suggestions as to how to solve this issue?
