siri doesnt work

everytime I say “hey Siri call mom” but Siri doesnt work. Siri says “I cant see mom in your Phone book”

Set up "Hey Siri" to help Siri recognize your voice

Turn off Listen for "Hey Siri," then turn it back on. When the Set Up "Hey Siri" screen appears, tap Continue. Say each command that you see on your screen. Tap Done.

Follow the Steps One after the other in sequence...

Settings > Siri & Search > Listen for "Hey Siri" [Disable]
Settings > Siri & Search > Press Home for Siri [Disable]
Next
Settings > Siri & Search > Press Home for Siri [Enable]
Settings > Siri & Search > Listen for "Hey Siri" [Enable]
