I used to be able to use the menu button on my apple tv remote to tune to the appropriate HDMI for the apple TV. For some reason it stopped working. I can use the menu button to power on the apple tv and my samsung tv however I have to manually use the samsung remote to tune to HDMI 2. Any way to fix this?

Verify that HDMI-CEC is active on both the Apple TV and the TV. If the TV doesn’t support the switch-to-the-new-active-device feature of CEC, then you are out of luck.

Samsung may refer to CEC as ‘Anynet+’.
