I recently got iPhone 11. I have issues with an app and the customer service team for the device the app connects to suggests I delete then reinstall the app. only options I find on the 11 is to "remove from home screen" then it goes to the app library. There is never an option to delete or uninstall. Then in settings in the list of apps, and in iPhone storage, there are not options to delete the app. PLEASE HELP!!

There may be a restriction set on deleting apps. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases - Change Deleting Apps to Allow.
