AirPods Pro case no light and charging slowly

Hello, my AirPods case is charging extremely slowly (~1% in 15 minutes) with an Apple cable and adapter connected directly to the wall socket, the same goes for the Qi certified in my car. Also, the case's light is not working. I cleaned the charging connectors both inside and outside, tried resetting the AirPods a couple of times pushing down on the pods and made sure I had the latest firmware version (3A283) – to no avail.

Is there anything else I could try? Thanks a lot!

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities andrebum,

We understand your AirPods are fully charging as quickly as you'd expect. You've taken some great steps so far. Next, we'd recommend checking to see whether Optimized Battery Charging is enabled.

This is a battery saving feature that will delay your AirPods from charging past 80% to improve the lifespan of the battery. The ""Optimized Battery Charging on AirPods Pro" section of the following page offers info you may find useful: Charge your AirPods and learn about battery life

We hope this helps!
