Today I was looking to purchase a subscription to online content and my housemates credit info popped up to auto fill with two card options associated with her name. First time ever I’ve seen this. How did that happen???
At some time or another you somehow added information from her iPhone to yours, this could have happened if you synced from a computer that she has synced with or if you got your iPhone from her.

Are you sharing an Apple ID?
Not that I know of.
That would be a reason you would see their credit card, or if you have set up family sharing. Ask your housemate.
I have not set up family sharing but I will check with her if she has made any recent changes. Thank you.
She has made no changes and not using family share. What’s even more odd is that the two cards in her name that populated for auto fill are outdated. Perplexing and unnerving nonetheless.
