Anyone else find that Apple offer poor customer service and that they are simply a money driven conglomerate ? Give me Fitbit any day not their issue that dye runs during sport on sports band.
Lots more have this issue. They just ignore. Thoughts ? Anyone ? Apple ?

Try using a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on it. And no, it is not Apple’s issue if a dye from some other product gets on it and stains it.
It is not from another product it is from the inside of the watch strap so in my opinion this is a manufacturing issue.
