I want to change the opening screen on my mac before you sign in users is that possible?

when i open mac it goes to the user login in page is there a way to change that page. It is very unnerving and bold.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

Hi mlc0731,

If you have multiple user accounts, no you cannot change it.

Since each user has their own wallpaper, or not all have the same, it shows the generic wallpaper as a placeholder/default on the multiple user login screen. But, it goes away as soon as you login.
