Storage full, Iphone crashed and stuck on Apple logo

Hi, My iphone 7 gave me a warning of Storage full and so, I deleted some apps and pics to make space. But when I tried to restart the phone, it crashed and is now stuck on Apple logo screen. Does anyone know if this can be fixed without losing my data ? I have not backed up all my data as my icloud storage was also full.

Hello mandeep1483,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that your iPhone is stuck on the Apple logo and you would like to preserve your data.

We recommend starting with the steps from If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen. If you need to proceed to step 4, your computer will try to update your iPhone without erasing your data.

If a restore of your iPhone is needed, you would need to have a previously created backup in place to restore your iPhone. You can check to see if you have backups either in iCloud or your computer using the guidance from Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Have a great day!

mandeep1483,

In its current state, there is not a way to back up your iPhone. Since the steps in the If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen article didn't help, we recommend contacting Apple Support. It may be necessary to have your iPhone inspected or serviced. You can reach out from Get Support or using the direct phone number for your region from Contact Apple for support and service.

Take care.

Thanks for your response.

I tried the steps in the link but doesn't work. Also, I tried to update using iTunes and it completes the updating process but post that nothing happens and the phone is still frozen as was before.

Also, is there a way to back-up my data that is on my iphone but was not stored or had back-up earlier on iCloud. (my iCloud storage was full, so few weeks data is not backed up). what can i do to save my data ?

Thanks.
