When I receive calls on my iPhone it keep saying three others

when I receive calls on my phone it keep saying three others and my phone is the only phone that had that issue after a year of having this phone I got it last year 2 weeks after I got the phone and it appears as 3 others when I receive calls and I call my cell service and they said I need to contact apple
