Can I edit 360 Video in Final Cut Pro with a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)?
I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) with 2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i&, 16 GB of ram, and an Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB.
With this machine I'm unable to edit 360 video footage with the GoPro 360 Reframe plugin using Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 because it requires hardware acceleration.
If I switch to Final Cut Pro instead of Adobe Premiere Pro, will I be able to edit 360 video?
NOTE: Yes, I know that there is a trial version of Final Cut Pro. However, my Macbook Pro has limited space on the flash storage drive and to install Final Cut Pro I would need to remove Adobe Premiere. Thus, I want to know if it will work before I go through that hassle.
