How to remove red wine stain from ipad screen. That area does not respond to touch.

If it does not respond, then I am guessing that liquid penetrated somewhere. Contact Apple support and have them assess the damage - as electronics and liquids of any kind do not mix, you may have a larger problem than just a stain. Best to get it looked at since it can corrode more parts.
