MacBook Pro (M1)

I just bought a MacBook Pro (M1) on the previous January 2021. In not more than 3 months, the laptop suddenly shut down by itself on full battery charged and cannot be on anymore. I brought it to the authorised service centre and I was told that the motherboard of my laptop spoiled. As a solution, they can only replace the motherboard for me instead of compensating me a new one. They told me the lifespan of the motherboard is 2 years yet 1 year of warranty will be given. According them, they received a lot of complaints from M1 users having same problem like mine. I called Apple support to request a new laptop as a compensation, unfortunately I was been rejected. All the information and data stored in this laptop all gone in a second. This is the most worse experience which I have with this most expensive Apple product throughout my life. As an user of Apple product, the reason I choose MacBook is because I have confidence that this company will grant us a good quality product, but at the end this is what I get. As the top brand computer in the world, this is their way treating their customers.
