Keyboard and Touchpad not working on Windows 10 (Bootcamp)

Hi,

I have some issues with keyboard and touchpad on my Windows 10 that I installed on my MacBook Pro 13" 2016 (Touchbar) with Bootcamp. Windows usually runs very good, but I had my mac in service due to touchbar display issue and now, when dey upgrade (change to newer) my keyboard and touchpad, it doesnt run. I dont know, If it is because I upgrade macOS from 11.2 to 11.2.3 (when it arrived from service, I didn't try to turn on Windows right away, but I installed the update first and then tried Windows).

I tried to reinstall BootCamp on Windows (Bootcamp doesnt show keyboard or touchpad options) and uninstall driver from Device Manager and it still not working. But my Apple MagicMouse and Touchbar runs very good.

Everyone know something, how can I repair this issue, please?

It sounds as if you are having an issue with the keyboard and touchpad working while running Windows on your Mac using Bootcamp. We are going to try to help.

Hello LukasPatrnciak,

Since the keyboard and trackpad work as expected when starting with macOS, and does not work when starting with Windows, this points to an issue with the software. We would recommend reinstalling Windows and seeing if that helps.

I have already tried this option as well, I have already reinstalled BootCamp like this. But it didn't help at all, I don't even see the keyboard and touchpad settings when I open the BootCamp control panel.

I tried to uninstall keyboard driver in Device Manager in Windows, but nothing happens too..

What happens when you install the Windows support software as outlined in the article mentioned earlier?

Has Windows been re-installed also?

If so, and the issue continues, we would recommend reaching out to Windows support as they are going to be the experts on how this should work.

I just reboot PC after installation and then It works still like before.. But keyboard and touchpad loads before BootCamp at start.. So i dont think that its in BootCamp Support Software issue..

Can't there be a problem in updating macOS Big Sur 11.2.3?

No, I dont try to reinstall windows yet..
