My iPhone model number start from N

My phone was broken and it was under insurance so I return my device and after 2 weeks I have received a phone but it model number is starting from N it means replacement. Please explain me that what does it means replacement ,either it original or not I am confused.

iPhone model number As far as i know, iPhone model number starts with M or N, etc. M for retail unit, N for replacement, F for refurbished. But i don’t know anything about digits, as u can see in the photo. Can anyone tell me what model type or unit is this ?

Apple says this device has been replaced I have iPhone 7 which was in warranty and have a issue of modern firmware not showing(sim not working).I check apple coverage of warranty online this shows warranty remaining but i dont have buying receipt of it So, some persons says we can claim it without i gave them the phone Now i check my phone serial number on apple warranty claim website online it says the serial number of the product has been replaced I want to know the real matter what happens to my device because the agent didn’t tell me the exact matter if anyone have information about this then let me know

It's a replacement unit and otherwise the same as the corresponding ones with M numbers.

The “N” simply indicates that it is a replacement device. It is not possible to determine if it is new or refurbished from that designation.
