Caps Lock changes my keyboard language on my Mac

I cannot change it but want to get back my usual caps lock.

I use 3 languages on my Mac.

I just now noticed in using Word, that I change the language on typing Caps Lock.

Had a look on the settings and couldn´t find anywhere a point, where I could change that.

The place where you uncheck the box that makes Caps Lock change language is at System Preferences > Keyboard > Input Sources at the bottom.
