I have a movie in my purchase history, shows in my other devices but does not show up on either of my Apple TV

How do I get the movie to show up on my apple tv?

Just had to go into settings and turn off restrictions for parental controls. Fixed everything on both the HD and 4K models

Is this movie a purchase from the iTunes Store?

Can you stream it online on those other devices?

In case of Home Sharing, then titles have to be streamed locally on Apple TV through the Computers app, not the TV app.
