This is my 2nd iPhone 12 Pro and I am same issues. When so answer the phone there is no volume sndI can not hear anything so Ihave to press speaker. My voice isn’t heard when I am on audio phone only when on speaker.

This is my 2 nd iPhone 12 max and having same problems. When a call comes in and I answer it there is no sound and I have to go to speaker to hear. They can not hear me or me them when on phone audio. That’s why they sent me phone .#2. Can’t think it is phone at fault. No earpiece sound. Any ideas?

If you only hear through speakerphone mode --> If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode - Apple Support

If the other person is not able to listen to you then please click this--> If the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch aren't ...

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
