I have an old G4 (Cheese grater). It no longer powers up but I have two 1T hard drives in the tower. And a Cinema HD 23-inch widescreen display. Is there ANY way to hook this monitor to the Mac Mini 1? And can I access ANY of the info in the hard drives? How would I connect them to the Mac Mini1?

Put the drives in an external enclosure or buy a dongle which is basically the same without a box and is cheaper.

As for the display: Adapters for the Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C port on your Mac or iPad Pro - https://support.apple.com/HT201853 - "Learn about the adapters and cables that you can use to connect an external display or projector to your Mac."
