Disabled account

It says my account has been disabled from iTunes and the App Store. I believe this is because there was a charge to my dad’s credit card which he forgot about and so he cancelled the card as he didn’t know what it was from - it was from a subscription to an app. How do I enable my account again?

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
