Will iTunes be able to use long file paths in Windows 10?

Since 2016, it is finally possible with Windows 10 to use file paths longer than 260 characters *. But it doesn't work at all with iTunes, which still refuses to load an mp3 file whose full path exceeds 260 characters.

Other mp3 players, like Audirvana, get there perfectly. This allows you to finally use MP3 folders generated on iTunes Mac (OS X or SMB does not have this path limit at 260).

Is there any hope that one of the developers of Itunes will add this feature?

* To do this, change the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ FileSystem\LongPathsEnabled

Windows, Windows 10
