Just got Apple Watch, but it won’t let me sign into my Apple account becuase the previous owner has to sign into theirs
How do I sign into my Apple account, because it won’t let me without the previous owner signing into theirs?

Of course, the previous owner needs / needed to remove the Activation Lock to allow you to use this Apple Watch.
