Headphone jack doesn't show up after sleep.

When My Early 2013 Macbook Pro goes to sleep and wakes up headphone jack doesn't recognize that i plug in headphones or speakers. It gets stuck to internal speakers. After reboot everything goes back to normal. There was no problem just 5 days ago.

I reinstalled the os, tried nvram and smc reset.

I started thinking it's hardware related but it just wouldn't get working after reboot. Please help.
