Not able to add Bank account to Paytm & google pay from Iphone 6

I wonder why I am not able to link Bank accounts to Paytm or google. It is encountering an error message "Bank linking is not supported by NPCI.

Looking for an alternative to get this fixed. Did attempt to reach out to app developer by couldn't found such option.

Please help

Contact your Bank:

Perhaps you bank is seeing this as a scam (though that may not be the case), and it is rejecting this to go through. So, contact your bank, and let them know that all is okay to be followed through with.
