iPad Pro 10.5 Slow Charging

I recently bought a second hand iPad Pro 10.5 (2017) and it’s charging extremely slowly. I understand that this may be due to a degraded battery, but may there be any other factors contributing to this problem? In 30 minutes, it has only increased by 5%. Is this normal for iPads? Would a battery replacement be beneficial?

See the steps provided in this support article:--> If your iPad won't charge - Apple Support

If the issue persists, it might be a battery problem. Contact Apple Support directly (they have tools to run remote diagnostics) using this link:--> Get Support
