My IPad stopped recognizing my Logitech keyboard the other day. The Logitech is fully charged and ready to go.

How do I get the IPad to sync with my Logitech keyboard again?

Hi 67pdl34,

It looks like you're having issues pairing your keyboard to your iPad and have checked out the article below.

If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

What happens when you attempt to pair them?

Have you tried restarting your iPad?

Restart your iPad

This should help narrow the issue down.

If you continue having issues with the keyboard, you may need to reach out to the manufacturer.

Cheers.

What happens when I try to pair them? The Logitech keyboard 's indicator light comes on solid green to show that the battery is charged, then the blue light blinks showing that the keyboard is trying to reconnect to the iPad. Yes. I have restarted the iPad. I have been in touch with Logitech and since the keyboard is charged and doing what it is supposed to do, I do not think the keyboard is at fault. The two have been paired for years and just recently the iPad started to act up. One morning the screen went dark and I quickly plugged it in to charge the battery. After it was charged, it then wanted all the passwords to everything on it. Everything is working now except the keyboard. I am wondering if this keyboard does not use Bluetooth. It is a Logitech TYPE + for an Apple Air iPad. Any other thoughts MoonJ. ?

Hi. Yes, I tried those things with no success. I did find a tiny, little button on the side of the Logitech keyboard cover yesterday, though. While watching a YouTube video on the problem the fellow mentioned holding a button for a length of time, so I did that with this button. I had the iPad screen open and lo and behold under "Bluetooth" if said that that the Logitech keyboard was synced to the iPad! I had never seen this button referred to in any of my searches! When I looked at it with a magnifying glass I saw that it had the Bluetooth symbol on it! So all is well at this point. Thank you.
